# Mint a ToS-acceptance session URL

> Mint a settlement-partner Terms-of-Service acceptance session URL for this end client. Direct them to the returned `url`; the settlement partner redirects back to your `redirectUrl` with `?tos_id=...`. Capture that id and either call `/tos-accepted` or pass it as `tosId` on `/submit`.
